Sarah co-founded Imbue Capital to bring the best of how innovative companies operate to the traditional and SaaS businesses Imbue acquires. That means a growth mindset, employee ownership, and disciplined experimentation, without losing the profitability and durability that already make these businesses strong. She is the kind of leader companies bring in to drive scale, transformation, and growth. She built that range across two decades at Virgin Mobile, Manulife, and Shaw Communications, more recently leading a Series B SaaS turnaround, with an Executive in Residence role at Inovia Capital sharpening her investor lens. She brings the same range to every business Imbue acquires: clear direction, real growth, and the operating discipline to deliver both.
Nick co-founded Imbue for the owners he spent his career working alongside, the ones who built something great but needed the right partner to help take it further. A career that began as a professional athlete and coach, and then evolved through founding Trainer Plus, a Digital Advisor to dozens of SMEs, and a go-to-market strategist for tech startups. It all gave him a deeper understanding of how businesses actually work, and gives him a rare perspective on how to use technology to solve real business problems. At Imbue, he leads technology implementation and go-to-market strategy, learning each business from the inside, identifying where the right tools create real leverage, and building the systems and teams to execute.
